| I have found many ways of dealing with my personal spirituality health.
What has worked best for me is spending time every day in meditation, prayer and self-hypnosis. By creating a specific time when I always attend to my spiritual needs, I have found the consistency needed to maintain a healthy balance.
Spirituality health can be best obtained through focusing your attention on your inner self for at least a half an hour a day. I find the best program for me includes taking those first few minutes right before completely waking in the morning and those moments before falling to sleep at night. To relax with self-hypnosis, prayer and deep meditation, reconnecting with my higher self. This discipline allows me to find balance in each day from beginning to end and creates a life of spiritual good health.
