- Simply fill out and submit the Custom Hypnosis Intake Form. Upon filling out the form, then you will receive confirmation on your request through email. This is done to confirm that a custom CD can specifically be created to help you.
I will personally create the session required for your particular needs and send it back to you within two weeks of your request. You not only have the luxury of experiencing this process in the comfort of your own home, but you also have the added benefit of being able to use the audio again and again as a way of continuously reinforcing the original work.
Although this does not replace medical treatment or imply a diagnosis, you will benefit greatly from the targeted hypnotic suggestions made based on the information you give to create this audio.
